A four-legged companion can work wonders! Certified therapy dog Shay will be waiting for you during our PAWS-To-Read program on Mondays starting on February 3 and going through March 31. This event provides a comfortable and judgment-free zone for kids to practice their reading and interact with Shay. Be sure to register in person, or call 574-834-7122 for a 15 minute session with Shay.
Baby & Toddler Story Time returns on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 or 11:30 starting on October 1st and running through December 17th, 2024. Experience the fun of rhymes, songs, stories and learning with your baby ages birth to 36 months. Then stay for meaningful, relaxing play and networking time with other parents/caregivers and learn about resources for early literacy development. Pre-registration is requested. Genealogists and those interested in learning genealogy are invited to check out Roots and Branches. This will be a time for one-on-one discussion, sharing tips, building your tree, and tackling brick walls. Attendees will also learn about the Genealogical Proof Standard and how they can apply it to trace their ancestors accurately. This program will take place the first Wednesday of every month from 10 a.m. to noon.

Classes will start on Feb. 5th and continue through April 16th at 10:30 and 11:30 am on Wednesdays. Each class lasts approx. 45 minutes. Registration is requested but visitors are always welcome.
