Do you know what stress is? Do you know how to recognize it? Color Me Stress Free is a program developed to help you learn what stress is, how to recognize it, and suggest ways to manage it. This program will focus on one specific stress management technique: coloring. The program will teach you the benefits of coloring from a stress management perspective.
