Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to spend the afternoon creating their own personalized mindfulness toolkits! We’ll make several simple crafts designed to help manage stress and promote calm. During the program, we’ll also discuss how to develop individual mindfulness practices, including breathing techniques. Each participant will decorate their own "toolbox" with washi tape and take it home with them. This will be a great time to connect with yourself and others before the end of the school year!
Registration is suggested, walk-ins are welcome. Register your teen by calling the library.
