Each year, the National Audubon Society, along with Cornell University’s Ornithology Lab, host the Great Backyard Bird count, and the library wants to participate!
Participants can count birds from a location of their choosing, then submit their totals to the NWCPL Citizen Science eBird account. We are changing up the format of our Beginner Tech program! Are you struggling to learn the basics of your laptop, tablet, or smartphone? Come to this informal program to learn how to operate your new-to-you technology! We will show you how to access the internet, write and send an email, block unwanted callers, delete old texts and messages, download or remove apps, and more! Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

Do you like to knit or crochet? This group is for you! We will meet the third Wednesday of every month to share patterns, work on projects, and enjoy some social time! Instruction will be available for beginners.

Back by popular demand is Let’s Move! This dance exercise class will be held once a month and will focus on working out in a fun and active way. Join us for a zumba-style workout. No experience necessary.
