Teen Artist Circle: Offsite @ The River

Create, share, grow.  Meet at The River Coffeehouse in North Webster.  Bring any creative work by you or by an author or artist you admire.  This is a collaborative program between Syracuse Public Library and North Webster Community Public Library.  Open to all teens grades 6-12. There is no cost for this program.
