Teen Artist Circle – Offsite @ Syracuse Library

Create, share, grow. Meet at the Syracuse Public Library. Enjoy a cozy drink and share your own creative work or something that inspires you. This is a collaborative program between Syracuse Public Library and North Webster Community Public Library. Open to all teens grades 6-12. There is no cost for this program.
