NWCPL Speed “Dating” with Books

NWCPL introduces: Speed Date with a Book. You’ve heard of speed dating, where strangers sit across a table from one another and converse for a given amount of time, then move on to the next person, with the hopes of meeting someone special. Speed Date With a Book follows this format, but with books! Attendees will sit down at a table and will have three minutes to become acquainted with the book in front of them before moving on to the next. The idea is to have fun while “meeting” new-to-you books! All books will be fiction, but a variety of genres will be available. Sign up at the front desk, and please specify whether you prefer Large Print!
