Get Fit While You Sit Afternoon Class

Get Fit While You Sit is an hourlong chair exercise program. The first half-hour will be slower-paced and low-impact, a good fit for beginners and those just getting back into the routine of exercising. After a five-minute break, there will be a higher-impact, cardio option beginning at 4:35. Participants can stay for the entire program or come only for the segment that suits their fitness level.
