A Matter of Balance with Purdue Extension

The North Webster Community Public Library is excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive health program titled “A Matter of Balance,” aimed at empowering older adults to take control of their fall-related concerns and enhance their activity levels. The program will consist of a series of engaging two-hour classes held on consecutive Mondays starting September 25, running through November 13, 2023. Limited seating is available, with a maximum of 12 participants per session. Participants are kindly urged to attend all sessions to fully benefit from the program’s valuable insights. Registration is required.
